This notice explains how ACTs of life Pte. Ltd. (“Acts of Life”, “we”) handles information you share through this website. Last updated: June 2026.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we store the details you type: your name, school or organisation, your role, email address and/or phone number, preferred contact method, the programme you are interested in, children’s level, group size, preferred term or date, and your message. We also record how you reached us, for example a QR code, campaign link, referring website or a link with campaign tags.
We do not ask for children’s names or personal details. Please only share adult contact details and group counts or levels.
How we use it
Your enquiry is saved in our secure staff system so that our team can reply, plan a programme, prepare a quote and record any booking. Only Acts of Life staff with the right role can see it, and every change is logged.
We send a short acknowledgement email with your enquiry reference and alert the staff member looking after your enquiry.
Marketing choices
Sending an enquiry is not consent to marketing. The enquiry form has two separate, unticked options: one for email updates and one for WhatsApp updates. We only send marketing through a channel you opted in to, we check your choice again just before every send, and you can withdraw at any time by using the unsubscribe link, replying “STOP” on WhatsApp, or emailing us.
WhatsApp conversations
If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is stored in our shared staff inbox so the right team member can reply. WhatsApp messages are delivered through our messaging provider.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to host this website and staff system, to deliver emails and to deliver WhatsApp messages. They process information only to provide these services to us.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. While you browse, your browser keeps a short-lived note of how you arrived (for example a campaign link or QR code) for that visit only, so it can be attached to an enquiry you choose to send. Staff sign-in uses essential security cookies. Our hosting provider keeps routine technical access logs.
Keeping and accessing your information
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to respond, deliver programmes and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and review them regularly. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop all contact, by writing to info@actsoflife.com.
